EXECUTIVE CHEF & OWNER
Chef John Provost is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park New York. He came to Vail after his contract with the Jared Coffin House on Nantucket Island was fulfilled. John has lived in Vail since 1983 and was associated with Vail Resorts Sweet Basil and was the opening chef at Montauk Seafood Grill located in Lionshead. Chef John created Mountain Catering in 1993 and became a very successful business owner and chef. In 2005, John signed on with a prominent Alabama multi-generational family as their personal and special events chef. He ended that contract in 2014 and started Tasteful Creations, here in Vail. Johns reputation as being a talented, inventive and respected chef and business owner is taking hold again here in the Vail Valley.

Chef Patti Provost has spent the majority of her career working in private homes in New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Her primary focus has always been on providing tasty, HEALTHY, quality meals for her clients. Patti's love of food, creativity and attention to detail combined with her warm personality and professionalism have made her a favorite among her high profile clients. Her roots are steeped deep in tradition. She is an Italian! She believes the dining table is a place of gathering! Her life has revolved around family and food. She is inspired by her Mediterranean background and it is often reflected in the cuisine she serves. Most people today enjoy a healthy lifestyle, her goal is to provide them with scrumptious meals that are guilt free!
